About Jen

Since founding Jen Lahiff Consulting in 2016, Jen has conducted nationwide searches for a variety of VIP domestic placements, provided personalized lifestyle management services to HNW and UHNW clients, and coached owners of independent agencies on all matters pertaining to setting up and running their businesses effectively. 

Jen Lahiff draws on her extensive domestic experience as the founder and former CEO of the Belle Maison Agency in Los Angeles, as well as a decade-long prestigious career as a nanny and child development specialist,  executive assistant, personal assistant, and estate manager for internationally known employers. This behind-the-scenes perspective allows Jen to intimately understand what clients seek in top-quality domestic staff, and her adherence to the highest performance and ethical standards inspires her to ensure clients are connected with candidates who exhibit the same criteria.
Jen earned her B.A. in Sociology, with minors in Developmental Psychology and Public Policy, from UCLA. She’s always sought ways to give back to the community, volunteering her time to schools and providing mentorship to foster youth.
